How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

How long will it be before I receive my order?


For standard shipping within Hong Kong, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days from the time you placed your order online. Please allow additional time for country addresses or international orders. See more at our shop policies.




What do you charge for standard delivery of an order?


All orders shipped free of charged.




Do you accept international credit cards?


Yes, any VISA or MasterCard credit will be accepted in the site. Paypal is also welcomed. All prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars, for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.




What is your delivery and returns policy?


Visit our shop policies page for further details. Please note, there can be no return or exchange on earrings due to health regulations.




How do I return a purchase?


Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your purchase: Email returns to info@kampojewellery.com with your order number and item that you wish to return. Place your item(s) unused, in the original packaging and with all labels attached. Ensure that you enclose your original invoice or purchase receipt. Secure with packing tape and address to the address we will supply you. Take the package to your nearest post office and return it to us by REGISTERED POST ONLY. If an item is not sent via this method, we cannot track the item and if it goes missing, we regret that we cannot provide a refund. Once we have received the goods, we will then refund the card from which the original payment was made. Please note, depending on your credit card provider, this can take between 4 and 10 working days to clear. We regret that if your item(s) do not arrive in the original condition, with the original packaging and tags attached, we may not be able to honour your refund. We hope you understand.
